This recipe only got a few simple ingredients and a no fuss recipe.

Coconut is the main ingredient!
I'm using a unsweetened shredded coconut.

Butter, sugar, coconut, flour, vanilla, sea salt and eggs is a few of what you will need.


You will need a prepared 8 x 11 inch pan or a pan of choice.

Ingredients
- Unsweetened shredded coconut - 1½ cups
- White Sugar - ½ to ¾ cup
- All - purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Butter or margarine - ½ cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 3 large
- Sea salt - pinch
- Crust:
- White sugar - 2 tbsp
- All - purpose flour - 2 cups
- Butter or margarine - ½ cup
Instructions
Mix together butter and sugar until creamy, add evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla and flour, mix by hand or blender.
Fold in unsweetened coconut into mixture.
Crust:
2 tbsp white sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup butter or margarine
In another bowl add crust ingredients, melt butter for 30 seconds, then add in sugar and all-purpose flour. Toss together just until all ingredients are blended….
In the prepared 9 x 11 pan with parchment paper or oiled, or pan of choice, add the crust mixture and flatten, then pour all filling mixture over the top and preheat your oven to 350ºF and put the pan in the middle rack and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Until golden brown!!
Bonita’s Tips:
Use cream topping of choice, whipped cream, cool whip or a cream cheese mixture of choice.
Make the day before you are going to serve them to cool and cut into squares.

This is a little quick and easy recipe we like making when we are excepting company and like to treat them.

Now lets bake this recipe in a 350ºf oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick clean.

Only a few more steps to this recipe.


They make about 20 squares but you can cut them smaller to make more.

I usually put a big bowl of whipped cream and the tossed coconut on the platter with the coconut squares for our guests or family to serve themselves.
You can’t just eat one so save room for at less two!!
