Coconut Marshmallow Balls

If you are looking for a tasty sweet treat for Valentine's Day or any time of the week.
This is it!!

Mini marshmallows is one of the ingredients in this recipe and the colours makes it pop when they are made. You can use white mini marshmallows if thats what you have on hand.

Only four ingredient's and one special ingredient if you wish to add it in. These tasty little coconut marshmallow balls is good for any occasion and easy to make in advance.

One cup of mini coloured marshmallows, one cup of graham crumbs and one can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix well together by hand or your mixer. If you need more graham crumbs to thicken the mixture just add it in or place in the fridge to harden the mixture.

Ingredients
- Mini marshmallows - 1 cup
- semi-sweetened coconut - 1 cup
- Graham cracker crumbs - 1 cup
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 can, 14 oz
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips - ¼ cup, optional
Instructions
Method:
In a bowl add marshmallows, graham wafer crumbs and can of condensed milk and toss together.
Put shredded coconut in another bowl. ( Optional to add the chocolate chips )
Then scoop up a tablespoon of the marshmallow mixture and toss into the coconut and roll around.
Add the coconut marshmallow ball to a plate or tray, then continue making more until all done.
Keep them in the fridge until ready to serve or freeze them for when you need to serve them.
Bonita’s Tips:
You can add chocolate chips to this recipe if you like that.
You can also toast the coconut before rolling the marshmallow balls to give it another taste.
Double the recipe for more if you wish.
Keep then in the fridge or freezer until all eaten.
