Ingredients
- Lobster meat - 3 cups cooked
- Eggs - 4 hard boiled
- Onion - 1 small chopped or grated
- Celery - 1 or 2 chopped
- Green onion - 2 sticks
- Cherry tomatoes - 10 each
- Relish - ¼ cup
- Mayo or miracle whip - ¼ cup
- Dill - ½ tsp, or more
- Sea salt - ½ tsp
- Pepper - ½ tsp
- Onion powder - ½ tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
Method: Cook lobster and remove meat from shell and chop in small pieces or use canned lobster.
Boil 4 large eggs, remove shell and chop in quarters, grate small onion, cut cherry tomatoes in half. In a small dish add miracle whip, olive oil and relish, sea salt, pepper, onion powder mix together.
Put chopped lobster in a glass bowl and layer ingredients, eggs, grated onion, cherry tomatoes, add dressing mixture to bowl and toss together.
Add green chopped onion, celery, dill, leave a small bit of green onion for the top of salad. Then toss together and serve with any side or protein of choice.
Bonita’s Tips: Using freshly cooked lobster is always good, but replace with canned lobster. Even replace with crab or shrimp! Making this the day you are going to serve it and good for two days in fridge.
Allergens

So many ways to make this lobster salad, one is with freshly cooked lobster, another is with canned lobster and of course imitation lobster. Sometimes your butcher at the store got already cooked lobster thats frozen. Now that’s a few ways to get this lobster meat.
