I’m using a red bell pepper because of the pop….but you can use any colour of pepper.

Toss all the shredded veggies into the HOT mustard liquid and fold together…cook for five or ten minutes.

Stir together and don’t over cook the veggies. Just until they are soft in texture or to your liking.
