SOUR CREAM BREAD
Homemade sour cream bread and with a few simple ingredients and so tasty!

Our recipe today is one my very good friend would make for us every time we stopped by her place for a visit. It have been a while now sense we had her bread, so today I’m going to share with you her recipe and our bread pictures to help you make this tasty bread as well. 🙂

SOUR CREAM BREAD
Our sour cream bread is ready!

Preheat oven to 350ºf and bake this bread for 1 hour or until internal temperature is around 190ºf then when you remove from the oven you can do one of two things……

One: Leave sour cream bread on the counter uncovered and no butter over top to make the crust hard.

Two: Rub butter over the top and cover with a tea towel and let rest for 5 minutes to soften the top.

I like to butter the top and have it soft on top.

You can cut this bread in slices or pie shape pieces.

Having a nice cup of tea is a must with this bread or a glass of wine!
