Todays recipe is a spin off of a recipe for Meat Biscuit Roll and I thought it's a good time to give to another option.
So sit back and make yourself a cup of tea and enjoy our short video tutorial to make yours today!

Cooked chicken is the main ingredient, you can use roasted chicken leftovers.
Cook a couple of chicken legs and shred to meat off or use canned chicken.

Making a biscuit using shortening makes a flaky crust.

Now lets make our filling!

Then add milk, shredded cheese and chicken.
Continue cooking and folding it together until it gets thick.
Remove from heat and let come to room temp.

Not a lot of ingredients and you can use canned chicken if you don’t have any leftover or cooked chicken available.

Roll outward to cover the chicken mixture and bring the other side up. Pinch together…

Make sure the sides and back is pinched together good or it will lick out the sauce.

Our chicken biscuit roll tastes like a fancy chicken pot pie with no veggies. 🙂
