Chocolate Peanut Butter Ladyfingers

Ladyfingers is one of the main ingredients.
You can store buy them or make them yourself!!
This is our recipe!!

I believe this ingredients are in all of our homes.
Baking can be expensive so shop for bargains before a special event.

When chocolate goes on sale buy it....
Freeze it for when you need it!

After you melt the chocolate add one and half spoonfuls of coconut oil in the chocolate and mix until light and smooth.

Ingredients
- Ladyfingers - 12 each
- Mini marshmallows - ¾ cup
- Peanut Butter - 1 cup, more if needed
- Confectionary sugar - ½ cup
- Crushed walnuts - ¼ cup
- Coconut oil - 1½ tbsp
- Sea salt - Pinch
- Chocolate Chips - 1 cup, or chocolate of choice
Instructions
Method:
In a bowl, add peanut butter, sea salt and confectioners sugar, mix well. Then add mini marshmallows and crushed nuts!!
Continue mixing by hand until combined!
Next add about a tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on the lady finger and form all over the top. Do this 12 times before melting your chocolate.
You will need a cooling grate and a piece of parchment paper for under it on a tray to put the chocolate peanut butter lady fingers on after they are covered in chocolate.
Then in a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar and melt in the microwave for one minute!! You can use a double boiler to melt the chocolate as well.
Remove from microwave and add the coconut oil! Mix until smooth!
With a spoon pour equal amounts of chocolate over the top or dip the lady fingers into the bowl. Do what works for you and if you don’t have a lot of chocolate melted only do the top. Place each one on the tray with the piece of parchment paper and a grate to sit the chocolate peanut butter lady fingers on.
Then Chill in the fridge before serving!! Store in a container with lid in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.

Use smooth or crunchy peanut butter.
Use coloured or white mini marshmallows.
Double recipe for more of these delicious treats.
Use rice Krispies or nuts of choice, or seeds. Protein powder, dried fruit. (optional )
