Hi and welcome to our website!
If you always wondered what to do with your leftover cereal, raisins from a different recipe, dried cranberries from that salad you made.
Sometimes you have crumbled sugar cones from your family picnic.
We all have leftover chocolate, like easter bunnies, chocolate santa's or even discount chocolate bars.

I guess you all have some chocolate in your pantry, like a easter chocolate bunny, chocolate santa, halloween chocolate all seasonal...
keep it in your freezer in a container for recipes you like to make.

Keep it affordable and remember all recipes can be substitute by another ingredient to meet your dietary needs.

Put in the mixture fibre like bran, oats or seeds.
They will get added to the goodness of the chocolate and other ingredients to make this tasty treat!

Ingredients
- Chocolate - 100 grams, chips, chucks, or bar
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Leftover cereal - 2 cups, mixed
- Raisins - ¼ cup
- Dried cranberries - ¼ cup
- Mixed nuts - ¼ cup
Instructions
Method:
1 sheet parchment paper, cookie sheet
In a bowl add any type of leftover cereal including your bran flakes for extra fibre.
Add mixed nuts, dried fruit, like, cranberries, raisins or cherries.
In a bowl add your chocolate of choice and melt in the microwave for 1 minute, when soft remove from microwave and add coconut oil or oil of choice.
Mix together until smooth. Add to bowl of dried cereal and nut mixture.
Toss together and spread out on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Put in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Remove when harden and break into chucks and put in a serving bowl to enjoy with family and friends.
Bonita’s Tips:
Use left over chocolate bunnies, christmas chocolate, dark or light chocolate bars or chocolate chips.
Cereal of choice or from five different boxes.
Use nuts, bran flakes, raisins, dried cherries or cranberries for extra fibre and taste.

All you need is a cookie sheet with a sheet of parchment paper to scoop the mixture on to…

Spread it unto the sheet of parchment paper only to flatten.

After refrigerate the mixture until it sets.

Keep it in a cookie jar or bag to eat until its gone.
