This is a delicious ball of cookie dough, not just any cookie dough it’s packed full of ginger, cinnamon and molasses.
Every time I make this cookie recipe it takes me back to when I was a child in Newfoundland and Labrador and my mom would make these on a cold winter day, or at Christmas time.
The house was filled with an amazing smell of these delicious cookies.
