Linda's Sticky Toffee Pudding

We hope you are looking for a delicious pudding if so we have here LINDA'S STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING, this recipe was a viewers request and the recipe was from the viewer as well. The only thing different was we used less sugar and added more info on baking time and added a short video. So sit back and make yourself a cup of tea and watch our short video before you start making this pudding.
Using canned mandarin oranges is the best because you need the juice as well, also everything is all made and baked in the one pan. So make sure its a oven safe dish before you start mixing all the ingredients together.
How easy is this recipe and big results, looking for a quick dessert for a family get together this is it. 🙂
Mix all those ingredients together and put in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes or until fork clean, this serving is for 6 people or double for more.

Ingredients
- Flour - 1 cup
- White Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1 large
- Mandarin oranges - 1 can, 284 ml or 10 oz
- TOFFEE GLAZE
- Brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- Salted butter - 2 tbsp
- Cream or Evaporated Milk - 1 tbsp
