MINT CUSTARD DESSERT
Spinach green juice
MINT CUSTARD DESSERT
Grate spinach by hand or mixer to release juice for this recipe.

Meringue mixture.

Add one tbsp of the green spinach juice in with the meringue or food colouring.

Meringue candies.

This is optional if you just want to use mint leaves or mint green candies.

Bake for 10 minutes on 375ºf heat and then turn oven off and leave for 10 minutes.

Bake the meringue candies for 10 minutes on a 375ºf heat and then turn off oven and leave inside oven for 10 more minutes before removing.

Grind ginger snap cookies for the crust.
