I guess you are looking for a nice pineapple salad recipe, so don't look any further.

I have a lovely recipe here that was given to me by a viewer.

This salad is made with rotini noodles and flaked can ham, chopped cheddar cheese, freshly chopped green pepper and can pineapple tidbits.

You can use fresh pineapple just cut them in small tidbit pieces, then its topped with a delicious Catalina dressing.

Having a delicious salad idea for a staff party or a family gathering is a delight.

This is a beautiful salad for you to try.

Ingredients

Tidbit Pineapples - 1 Can
Flaked Ham - 1 Can
Cheese - 1 Cup chopped of choice
Rotini Noodles - 2 Cups
Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise - 3 TBSP
Catalina dressing - for garnish
Sea salt - pinch
Pepper - pinch of choice
paprika - for garnish
Green peppers - 1/4 Cup chopped

Instructions

-In a medium boiler or saucepan half full with water let boil, then add a pinch of sea salt then add noodles.

-Let boil until noodles are cooked, not over cooked, remove from heat, let cool in strainer.

-In a large bowl add and drain tidbit pineapples, flaked ham, chopped cheese and mayo.

-After noodles are cold, add to a bowl with other ingredients, toss together with a pinch of pepper.

-Top with paprika for garnish, refrigerate until ready to use, salad is good for 4-5 days.

-When ready to serve after plating the top with a garnish of Catalina dressing.

Prep- time 10 minutes, cook time 5-7 minutes, serving for 6-8

Like most salad recipes it is subject to change so if there is something in this recipe you would like feel free to change it..

When I received a message from Sarah she said this was the ingredients that went into the recipe and I added the green pepper and paprika because this is two ingredients I thought would be nice in this salad.

Not a lot of work goes into this recipe but it is nice to make it the day before you are planning on serving it to let the flavours blend together.
