First fry together in a frying pan, one pound of lean ground beef, part fry need add chopped onions and continue frying until cooked. Add chopped green peppers, beef oxo or beef cube, pepper and some olive oil if needed.

This recipe makes 6 large pastries or 12 medium pastries, so you decide what works for you. After you made the dough remove from mixer or book and place on counter top. Roll a log dough shape and cut 6 or 12 chucks and roll with a dusting of flour with a rolling pin…..place to the side and wait until your filling is ready.

Drain water off the veggies into a bowl to reserve for making a paste for the ground beef, then add veggies to the fried ground beef and fold together.
